– Sit in a comfortable position with your eyes wide open.

Controlled Viewing

– Keep your legs straight in front of the body.
– Place the left fist on the left knee with thumb pointing upwards.
– Look at the point straight, which is in front level with the eyes.

– Breathe out focusing the eyes on the thumb and breath in with focus on the eyes at the point in front, in level with the eyes.
– Close the eyes and rest for a while.
Near and distant viewing

– Sit by an open widow, with a clear vision of the sky keeping arms by your side.
– Focus on the tip of your nose for approximately 10 seconds.
– Repeat for at least 10-15 times, while observing your breathing pattern.
– Close the eyes, and inhale while close viewing and exhale while distant viewing.
