Thursday, October 13th is IAPB‘s World Sight Day!

To celebrate this globally relevant event, the Give Me Sight Foundation will premier our documentary around that same time! We still need to confirm the date and venue, but we can tell you that it will be within a timeframe of Thursday, October 13 – Saturday, October 15th, so save the timeframe!

In our most recent mission to Myanmar, Dr. Haines engaged a documentary team to get the A-Z stories of three people who would make the journey from their farms or suburban settings to getting their sight restored! This documentary is meant to shed light on the importance of restoring the gift of sight to those blinded by cataracts. The stories are amazing and we’re sure you’ll be moved by what you see, so make sure you save the timeframe! More details to come so stay tuned.
